Terms of use

These terms of use apply to use of the "Standard" application ("the app"), operated by Evgeny Andzhelo. Using the app constitutes agreement to these terms.

Description of the service

The app provides gyms with a platform for evaluating coaches, managing evaluation questionnaires, tracking performance, reporting faults and managing opening and closing checklists. We may change the service, add or remove capabilities, and discontinue it — subject to the "Beta period and payments" section below.

Beta period and payments

The service is currently provided free of charge as part of a beta period. The beta period is expected to end on 31 December 2026, and we may extend or shorten it. At or after the end of that period we may make the service — in whole or in part — a paid service. The following rules will apply:

• Advance notice of a move to paid service will be sent to the gym owner's email address at least 30 days beforehand, and will state the price, what it includes, and the date charging begins.
• No retroactive charge will be made for the period during which the service was provided free of charge.
• The engagement and billing are with the gym as a business customer, not with individual coaches or users. Coaches are not charged for viewing their own feedback.
• A gym that does not wish to continue on a paid basis may decline the new terms. In that case access to the service will stop on the date charging begins, and no payment will be taken from it.
• Before access stops, the gym will be given reasonable time to export its data or request its deletion, and in any event no less than 30 days from the date of the notice.
• Continuing to use the service after the date charging begins constitutes agreement to the payment terms.

Accounts and users

• Access to the app is by invitation only; there is no open self sign-up.
• The user is responsible for keeping their sign-in details confidential and for any action carried out under their account.
• The app must be used in accordance with the law and only for the purposes for which it is intended.

Prohibited use

The app must not be used unlawfully, to compromise its security, to attempt to access another gym's data, or to upload content that is offensive or unrelated to the purpose of the service.

Intellectual property

All rights in the app, its design and its content belong to the operator. Parts of the app must not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Privacy

Use of the app is also subject to our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "AS IS". To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the app.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate a user's or a gym's access in the event of a breach of these terms or of the law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
