Who is taking the class
A coach opens a request — one class, or several across different dates. The whole team is notified. One tap and it is covered. If it is not, the app sends a reminder 24 hours before the class.
Checklists
Opening and closing, on the record
A fixed, editable checklist for opening and closing, with a history of who ticked what and when. No more asking the group whether anyone turned the air conditioning off.
Faults
Report what is broken
A coach reports it in the app, management is notified at once, and it gets closed quickly. The history keeps who reported it and who dealt with it. All of it on the record.

Getting started
Start from the timetable you already have
Paste your class timetable from Arbox and Standard builds the coach list and the weekly shifts by itself. No typing coaches in one at a time, no filling in a table.

One gym, its own data
A gym sees only its own data. Access is by invitation only, from an owner or a manager.
Your brand
Your gym's logo and colour inside the app, and its name and logo on the PDF report each coach receives at the end of an evaluation.
English or Hebrew
The gym's language comes first: the whole team sees the app in the language the gym was set up in, with its questionnaire, checklists and notifications to match. Anyone who reads the other language better can switch the app for themselves in Profile.

What gyms ask us before they start
What if we don't use Arbox?
Everything still works. The Arbox import only saves typing: without it you add coaches and weekly shifts by hand in the app. Evaluations, swaps, checklists and fault reports do not depend on it at all. For now the import supports Arbox, and we are working on adding other systems.
How long does setup take?
Easy and quick. Your gym opens with a questionnaire and checklists ready from a template. Paste your Arbox timetable and the coaches and shifts are built for you, then invite the team by email. You can fit the questionnaire to your own method at any point, even after you have started.
Who can see a coach's evaluation?
The owner sees every evaluation in the gym. A manager sees the evaluations they carried out. A coach sees only their own, and only once it is completed — never a draft. No other gym sees anything, and neither do we: Standard's own staff have no access to your evaluations.
Do coaches pay?
No. Standard is billed to the gym as a business, not to coaches, and a coach never pays to see their own feedback.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhone and Android, from the App Store and Google Play, and any browser at standardwod.com/app.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. There is no contract during the beta and no payment details are taken. If the paid terms are not for you, access stops on the day charging would have started and nothing is taken. To close your gym and delete its data, write to support@standardwod.com.
What happens in December?
Standard is free during the beta, which is expected to end on 31 December 2026. The date may move; the notice will not. Before any charge begins, the gym's owner gets an email at least 30 days ahead with the price, what it includes and the date it starts. Nothing is charged for the beta months.
Who we are
Standard was built at home. I'm the developer; my wife runs a CrossFit gym, and the idea was hers, after years of managing a coaching team somewhere between a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet. We've both competed in CrossFit for more than a decade and know most box owners in Israel face to face. If something doesn't work for you, I'm the one who answers the email.
